This film represents the world's struggles with speaking up about problems, whether it be mental health, bullying, or opening up about how you feel, society tells you it's better to keep quiet and hide your struggles away. It was inspired by a novel by Laurie Halse Anderson, about a girl that convinced herself it was easier to remain mute than to face her problems.
